Stephanie N. Greaves, P.A.
Stephanie N. Greaves was born in Santa Maria, California and was raised and grew up in an Air Force family. Growing up in a military family provided Ms. Greaves with the realistic knowledge of what military families face every day, and gives Ms. Greaves the insight needed to handle military divorces and other military marital and family law issues. Ms. Greaves is proud to offer discounted consultation and retainer rates for active duty, retired military and to their dependents, and first responders and to their dependents.
Ms. Greaves attended Florida State University earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English, and a Minor in Spanish. Ms. Greaves graduated from Florida State University in 2011 with Magna Cum Laude honors.
Ms. Greaves attended Florida State University College of Law, receiving a full academic scholarship due to her academics and high credentials. She focused her studies on the areas of marital and family law and juvenile law, working and interning with private law firms in the local area. Ms. Greaves became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern where she handled and litigated numerous marital and family law cases at the college's Public Interest Law Center. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern within the juvenile division at the State Attorney's Office, Second Judicial Circuit, handling and regularly litigating numerous juvenile delinquency cases. Ms. Greaves worked with the Tallahassee Bar Association Legal Aid Foundation, where she became the Director of the Family Law Pro Se Program, providing marital and family law legal services to those unable to afford legal services. In addition, Ms. Greaves interned with an Okaloosa County, Florida, Circuit Judge, and other local family law firms in Okaloosa County, Florida, further expanding and enhancing her knowledge and experience in marital and family law and dependency matters. In 2014, Ms. Greaves was awarded a Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award from the Florida State University College of Law, wherein she was recognized for her strong commitment to providing pro bono services to those unable to afford legal services.
In 2014, Ms. Greaves moved to Niceville, Florida where she now calls home. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, snorkeling, and traveling with her loved ones.
In 2014, Ms. Greaves was employed with a local Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorney as an Associate Attorney, practicing exclusively in the area of Marital and Family Law. In 2019, Ms. Greaves went out as a solo practitioner, opening Stephanie N. Greaves, P.A., wherein she continues to provide exceptional, timely, and ethical services for her clients and their marital and family law matters.
In 2016 and in 2017, Ms. Greaves was awarded the 10 Best Attorney (Florida) for Client Satisfaction Award by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys, wherein she was recognized for providing exceptional and outstanding client service. Sheena Powell
Sheena is from Crestview, Florida. She graduated from Northwest Florida State College in 2006 with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and graduated from the University of West Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Sheena has been a legal assistant/paralegal since 2009 in the areas of estate planning, Medicaid planning, elder law, criminal law, and family law. Sheena has been the paralegal to Stephanie N. Greaves, Esq. since 2017. In her free time, Sheena enjoys traveling, going to the beach with friends, and hanging out with her loveable dogs.
